Xfurbish.ae provides free delivery on above order value of Rs.500. Below order value of Rs.500 delivery charge of Rs.50 will be charged.
Delivery Time
Xfurbish.ae ship within the time specified in product detail page excluding public holidays and Friday. All of these orders for In Stock items will be shipped out of the same day, if the order is placed before 4 PM, or the next day if the order is placed after that. We promise that we will NOT sit on your order for days and ship it when we want to. Our executives will be communicating for the confirmation of delivery time.
Stock Status In Stock
Items listed as "In Stock" will be delivered time as 2-3 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available).
Stock Status Pre-order
Item listed as Pre-order are new launch product which will be released in 2-7 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned.
Stock Status 2-3 Days
The item is popular and has been sold out. You can however book an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the time lines mentioned in product details page.
Stock Status Out of Stock
Item listed as Out of Stock, the item is not available for sale. Use the specification & feature to know once it is available for purchase.
Delivery Area
You will be able make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
Shipping Policy
- Returns in case of dead on arrival or physical damage or wrong shipment replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
- A replacement order is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection.
- Currently reverse pick up is operational in areas where we can arrange pick up. Please mail us to check if reverse pick up is available in your area or not.
- It usually takes about 24 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund / replacement subject to product inspection.
- If however your city is not covered or if you will have to send the product on your own to the address mentioned in the return instructions mail.
- Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return.
- Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Xfurbish Points which can be redeemed on your future purchase.
